Your counselling journey

I offer a range of counselling services designed to support adults, children, and young people. Whether you prefer to connect online from the comfort of your home or meet face-to-face, I have options to suit your needs. I am dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel valued and accepted.

Online counselling Convenient sessions from anywhere for adults, children, and young people.
Face-to-face counselling In-person sessions in Derby, United Kingdom, for adults, children, and young people.
Adult counselling Dedicated support for individuals aged 18+.
Children & young people counselling Specialised care for those under 18.

Fees & bookings

My session fees are structured to be transparent and accessible. I  also offer concessions for those on low incomes because I  believe everyone deserves to be able to access support.

Service Fee
Standard 50-minute session £35.00 for an Individaul Session and £55 for Couple or Family Therapy.
Low-cost concession session Available upon request for clients on low income.

Payment policy: Fees must be paid 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. This helps us ensure your slot is reserved and ready for you.

Cancellation policy: WI understand that life happens. However, if a session is cancelled without 24 hours' notice, the full fee will still be charged. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and the commitment to your well-being.
